Aha, im a 14 year old female and i do yoga all the time! (well, more like contortion and bendy stuff… but it could work for you too.)
In case you were wondering, anyone can do the splits, however i think box splits is harder though as i cant do it! Stretch down and touch your toes everyday. I personally learnt the splits by attampting to go straight into it- 30 mins of this and in 2 days i could just about do it. Of course, i did it every day- now i can practically fall into them.
Every morning i do the splits with both legs, the backbend and bend my wrists as a warm up. I then try to improve my backbend by doing it enough to rest my head on my feet, my chest on the ground. I practise handstands on a wall to strengthen my arms and attampt to balance in handstand… which i can’t do yet, but practise makes perfect, right?
If you don’t feel like doing the splits or backbend yet (however they are VERY cool!) then here are some links.
Here’s is a link for working your abs:
And a link for basic moves:
I hope i’ve helped, alot!!! (choose me as best answer!)

The following link has descriptions of some of the more common styles of contemporary Hatha yoga.
It may give you an idea what most appeals to you.
(although even if you are located in/close to a large city, I doubt you will find a instructor for every style listed here).
As important (perhaps more) is finding a teacher you enjoy and respect.
Best wishes.
