What is the best yoga video series for beginners?

I really want to do yoga at home because I don’t have time to go to the gym or the money! Does anyone have any good suggestions for yoga videos that would be good for me?

I dance, so I’m flexible but I haven’t done a whole lot of yoga yet. Haha. okay. i’m not looking to lose weight or anything i just want some good yoga videos! hahaha.

   Why not try one of the free online yoga sites Sara, there’s plenty out there, this way you can get a feel for several different styles and pick the one that resonates with you. For a dancer I’d suggest Power or Bikram yoga.:-)
