Do earphones work as effectively as headphones for listenting to meditation and brainwave tracks?

I have a pair of UE super.fi 3. I have a couple of meditation cds that uses uses embedded brainwaves patterns. Do earphones work as well as headphone for listening to this type of cds?

   So long as they provide stereo output they should be fine. Headphones will block some external noise but then you are probably going to listen in a quiet area anyway.

   Hello John

   There is no reason why this wouldn’t work - if anything it could be better as it limits outside noise.
