		<description>That's the peroneus longus muscle. It's a major stabilizer of your ankle and foot. The position you put your foot is one of the ways to stretch that particular muscle. You merely stretched it beyond of what you usually do, hence the pain in that muscle. Next time, gently stretch that muscle, over time, you'll build strength and it won't hurt at all.</description>
