		<description>Just do leg up the wall pose and it will go away. Do the pose about 15 minutes a day until you notice the numbeness is gone and then for about a week after that.

EDIT: Im sorry forgot to say that you should do it until the backs of your knees should be able to touch the wall while your butt is against the base board without feeling tight and tingly. NOT for a week... I was going for my own level of fitness not for someone that could be really tight...which you are or you wouldnt be numb.</description>
