I lifted legs, like I do every Sunday, 2 weeks ago. This time the backs of my legs are incredibly tight, I can barely touch my toes! I am usually pretty flexible due to yoga. Am I injured, or did I just “over do it”?

Could be dehydration… or maybe you need calcium, magnesium, or potassium.
