I did yoga three days ago and afterwards my calve mucsles have been hurting for the past three days. With no sign of them getting better. I can barley walk striaght without standing on my tippy toes. I can walk with my shoes on okay but it still hurts what should i do

Rub some sore muscle cream on them or take a hot bath. The pain will go away in another couple of days. You should eat foods that are high in protein for now. Protein feeds muscles and repairs them as soon as possible. Try meat, dairy and eggs with your meals.
You tore muscles and they need to repair themselves. I bet it didn’t hurt while you were exercising. That sort of pain shows up a few hours after working out.. It was probably even worse the next day. You’ll be fine. It’s totally normal. You over did it a bit when you exercised. Don’t do so much next time. Your body will get used to the poses over time but you have to work up to that gradually.
