How can I reach my toes?

Like in a Yoga position thingy? I can’t reach’em! Are there any exercises that’ll help? to get me more.. eh.. bendy? =P
Ah. I don’t need weight loss =P If I get more skinny I’ll die. I just want to be more flexible, that’s all =)

    set ups and WALK WALK WALK, quit drinking soft drinks,we did 2yrs ago

    take it slowly and work it day by day you will get there but it takes time don’t push yourself because you could pull a muscle

    Here is the thing about our bodies… Some people naturally can… some people can’t. If you want to be able to reach them and you can’t at the moment, you just need to reach harder and grab your ankles and hold … slowly you will be able to reach your goal. (we did this for martial arts for all the stretches so we can kick basically 12 oclock in many different ways). It just takes time.

    stretching a lot that means butteflys to reachs back streches and i think playing soccer would improve your leg muscles

    search on the web of stretching exercises and work out for two week on few that would give you more body muscles and joint flexibility

    You need to stretch your Hamstrings and Lower back. If you want to take stretching seriously then you should stretch all the main muscle groups equally.

    Upper Body Muscle Groups:
    Chest, Back, Shoulders, Tricep, Bicep.

    Midsection Muscle Groups:
    Abs, Obliques, Lower Back.

    Lower Body Muscle Groups:
    Hamstring, Glutes, Calfs, Quads, Adductors (groin), Abductors.

    If you just want to be able to touch your toes then like I said just do hamstrings and lower back. If you want to be really flexible then stretch all of the above groups every day.

    Practise more.. And try like this, put your leg on desk , table ( higher a bit) and try to reach your toes

    do some streches every day:sit down - legs out straight - and reach with you arms, to your toes

    - keep doing them - and you should be able to touch your toes
