I'm pretty sure that they will let you wear socks and if they don't just be proud that your feet are yours because you are special and no one else will be like you.

Dint hide those. It is God blessing to create u like that it is not Ur fault. God blessed u like that. Why to hide. no need. Deliberately open your defect to all and do yoga. The person who got defects or deceases by himself has to feel shy. Your is not your own mistake. It is Gods blessings. For some purpose God blessed you like that he is having his own plans. How many days u are going to hide. If u daringly and openly show Ur toes to other, first time they see u with anxiety from the next day it becomes common to all and no person identify Ur toes particularly. Dint feel shy for it be brave. dint hide. please. it is my sincere advice. If u hide no meaning. with love i am giving this advice.

hey,l i have weirdly bent long toes! There like "finger toes" almost.

Just try wearing socks if you can, or tell your teacher before hand that you have a bit of a problem and they're usually pretty cool about it., or wear band aids on all of them and tell yoour classmates a family member dropped something on you by accident.

Ask your teacher if you can wear socks, or soft-soled shoes (such as ballet shoes) during class. If the teacher asks, and you don't want to explain that it's because of a deformity, just say that you don't like being barefoot, or the floor is cold and you want to keep your feet warm.

Can you wear socks?
If you can't, talk to your teacher about how you don't feel comfortable showing you toes. If she still won't allow it, then be proud of your toes sista!! haha good luck.

Ask your mother to write you a note and then they should let you wear socks or excuse you from doing yoga altogether.

Personally I don't think anyone will make fun of you, I find deformaties interesting, they might stare but thats natural, be proud because your unique and different :)

hi.

i have a deformed toe on my left foot as well.

i have always been embarrassed about it..but..ive come to not care as much.

my friends know about it and they dont care..and if i wear flip flops someone might ask..but then forget about it.

if you are too uncomfortable to do that..wear socks..or tape it to another toe (to make it look like its broken..lol)

by the way..is what you have called brachymetatarsia?
cause thats what i believe i have

you can wear socks or get some sock-like shoes from a dance/yoga shop to cover your feet. when you met the instructor pull him/her aside and then know about your concern so that they don't call you out in front of everyone about covering your feet
