Can i lift weighs and then go do yoga and can i do yoga then go lift weighs? Also my focus is weigh lifting but doing yoga so i can touch my toes which never been able to do all my life.

ya its probably better to do yoga then lift weights so its kinda like warming up and stretching out your muscles before you lift

i think it would be better to do the lifting then yoga, because yoga is a way to relax your body…in the P.e course i took last year the teachers would make us do the fitness stuff and then towards the end of class we would do yoga. it actually does relax your body. Also if you are not stretching before you lift you should so your muscles are warmed up.

lift first. the stretching from yoga will help tear the stubborn fibers you didnt hit as hard during lifting, so to speak

Yes you can! Yoga will relax you, and make your entire body flexible. It’s perfect when combined with weight lifting!
