   what do they “supposedly” help for?

   p.s- girls can be extremely sneaking especially the ones that dislike you sooo, just watch out with what her purpose for these things were, as you mentioned.

   Yes I got mine in a gift basket for pampering my feet
   I highly doubt if they are a permenent solution to bu#%ns, Surgery sounds like more of a fixer to me, but you may have to give up those cute pointy shoes tho. I hope this helps.
