Honestly, I think they are a gimmick and way too expensive. As a yoga teacher, during the warm-up, I always have the students do an exercise that has the same benefit. While comfortably seated, just place your fingers between each toe. Put the fingers as far down as you can which allows your toes to stretch. Do this one foot at a time. Hold it for a couple of minutes and also rotate your toes with your fingers. It's amazing how many people can't do this at all in the beginning and have stacked toes but in a few weeks there is a noticeable difference. You can even do it several times each day while watching tv or something.

You may want to try e-bay. I'm also considering a pair of yoga toes and can't stomach the price but e-bay does have some knock offs that are going for much less. If you're set on the Yoga Toes brand be sure to search the web for a coupon first as they always have one out there.

Just try standing in the mountain pose, and focus in stretching your toes apart as wide as possible when you stand. Rock forward and backward on your feet, stretch... etc.
