Advice on a product called, “Yoga Toes”?
stuball asked:
I was reading a magazine once and saw an ad for a product called Yoga Toes. It’s a sort of toe separating apparatus that is supposed to work wonders for hammer toes, bunions, etc. by allegedly spreading the toes out to ther normal positions and gradually strengthening/retrainig the muscles to keep the toes in there. Has anyone tried this product, and does it really work? Any other non-surgical relief for bunions that anyone can suggest?

No, I have not tried it but sounds promising. I only heard of it a few days ago. The other things on the market are similar to that

Yoga toes do work wonders, they are kinda of un-comforatable at first (like masure sandles) then you get used to them. The really do help. (Yes i do have a pair.) Hope that helps.
