omg i love those damn tapes haha yeh i say the work i lost weight then i wanted to get toned but im lazy so i did those 20 minute maximum burn ones every day and i got more toned and not bulk more core strenth which is good
i keep forgetting them thiss week but thanks for reminding me!!
i say give a shot certainly wont do any harm!!!
