take a pilates class at your local rec center and ask them…. then if you want to do them at home you will know what the heck your doing.

in order to form a body similar to megan fox’s you should exercise every day and do pilates for toning. you would also need to make sure that your eating is healthy - lots of fruits and vegetables and lean cut meats like chicken breast or fish at meal times
