How fast did you see results with pilates on your legs?

I have “thunder thighs”. They are about 24″ around. I would like to slim them down and have started Pilates. Does anyone have an idea of how early you will see changes?

    I didn’t like Pilates because it took forever to see a difference. In fact, I dropped out before I saw a difference because I got frustrated.

    A friend told me the absolute fastest way to get rid of “thunder thighs” is to do “spinning,” that cycling fast in class in a gym. You might look into it. I can vouch that worked fast for me.

    I also bought some special exercise shoes, they work your muscles even if you’re walking just from the car to the office. They’re expensive, $250 a pair, but wow! I’ve had then about 2 years now and my legs are great. The’re called MBT’s and that’s short for “Masaii Barefoot Technology.”

    I think the guy that invented pilates said something like in 10 session you will feel the difference, 20 u will see the difference and 30 u will have a whole new body.
