before finding the techniques you should find the teacher.
I would not really trust instruction found on the internet, may just  for basic meditation.
Important techinques like tantra or dzogchen you only receive directly from a living master and they are consideret secret to preserve their transmission which is essencial
So you can find some fantastic masters if you can travel a bit as they are often in the west to give teachings
Some fantastic teachers are 
Dalai Lama
Chogyal Namhai Norbu
Choky Nima Rinpoche
Thich Nhat Han
Sogyal Rinpoche

most interesting and essencial of tibetan schools
