I personally ended up focusing on vinyasa once a week and a yoga nidra session once a week. Also, I've taken vinyasa classes that have ended with meditation, so I think it really depends on the studio/instructor you work with.

I've also really liked the Anusara classes I've taken...

I honeslty dont know the difference between all of them, I do have a friend that is a yoga instructor and she has been doing Kundalini for about 8 years. It is very religious for her and I do know this one ends in guided meditations.
Peace

I love Bikram but it is very physical. Which is why I love it. It is a type of hatha yoga but done in a heated room. I think its worth a try, many people get very addicted! There is an international class finder on the Bikram website.
