They are all very expensive to own and drive. most people use the MRT (MassRapidTransit system) I was there six months and never saw a tow truck, lol. you have to apply to purchas/own a car (CASH) then buy one, each year you pay impact fees (cash) you have to have a car no older than 10 years old unless you want to pay a fee (Cash) for a classic. the vehicle must be well maintained and pass inspections each year. the largest amount of vehicles are TAXIs and then privatly owned would be scooters and mortorcycles.
