You will be rushed through it. Give atleast two days in Agra and Two in Jaipur. Jodhpur is awesome. That will take another two. If you choose varanasi : thats great too ! But I am not able to understand what you mean by "do some Ayur veda" !!! Its like saying "get trained in becoming a doctor" Culinary day course again is kind of confusing ! I know of ppl who conduct taste of South INdia tour (They travel through the four states of peninsular India go to homes and eat home made vegetatrian food ) Thats fun !
