Joyce asked: I’m borderline to Glaucoma and want to know which yoga poses I shouldn’t do? I know to avoid the Downward facing dog. Should I also avoid all poses with the head down, like bending forward to touch the toes?
I’m also trying to conceive. Are there any poses I shouldn’t do?
